Terms of use
Beta terms · last updated 13 October 2026
- OnContext is free while it's in beta, and it's a test service: it may change, have problems or stop.
- Only add websites you own or are allowed to manage, and tell your visitors you use OnContext.
- Answers are written by AI from your pages and can be wrong.
- You keep ownership of your content. We only use it to run search for you.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Super Nines Ltd, London ("we", "us"), which runs OnContext. By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept them on its behalf. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data.
2. The beta
OnContext is in beta. During the beta:
- it's free, and we won't charge you without asking first. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can choose whether to continue;
- free accounts can index up to 200 pages per website. We may change limits, and we'll tell you if we do;
- features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable;
- we may end the beta or close OnContext. If we do, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email where we can.
We welcome feedback. If you send us ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
3. Your account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at hello@supernines.com if you think someone else has used it.
4. Your website
- Only add websites you own or have permission to manage. We confirm this by checking that our widget is on the website, and we check again each time we update your index.
- You're responsible for your website's content, and for having the right to let us index it.
- Your privacy policy should tell visitors that you use OnContext for search. Our privacy notice includes wording you can copy.
- If the widget is removed, we pause updates and delete your index 30 days later.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use OnContext to:
- index websites you don't control, or get around the widget check;
- overload, attack, probe or interfere with the service or other customers' data;
- copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- index or serve unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- break the law, or OpenAI's usage policies, which apply to the AI answers.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
6. AI answers
OnContext uses AI to write answers from your website's pages. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, even when they cite a page. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You're responsible for how answers are used on your website.
7. Content and ownership
You keep all rights in your website's content. You give us permission to copy, store and process it only to provide OnContext to you, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy notice. This permission ends when you close your account and we delete your index. OnContext itself, including the widget and dashboard, belongs to us.
8. Our responsibility to you
During the beta, OnContext is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows:
- we're not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
- our total responsibility to you for anything relating to OnContext is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using OnContext at any time. Remove the widget from your website, and email hello@supernines.com to close your account and delete your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OnContext develops. We'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you before they take effect. If you keep using OnContext after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
